Terms of Service

1) Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Miles To Go (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2) Service Description

The App is designed for drivers and sponsors. It tracks distance, detects safe stops, and plays audio ads (e.g., roughly every 7 minutes) and videos under suitable conditions. During the pilot phase, displayed “earnings” are non-monetary estimates.

iOS note: to keep the App active in the background per system policies, a very low-volume background audio may play. You can mute it from the App or system settings.

3) Eligibility

  • Drivers: you must comply with applicable traffic laws and must not operate the device while driving.
  • Sponsors: you must hold the rights to any content (audio/video) you upload or provide.

4) Conduct & Safety

  • Do not interact with the App while a vehicle is in motion.
  • Do not upload illegal, misleading, defamatory, violent, or rights-infringing content.
  • Do not attempt to decompile, interfere with, or circumvent technical measures.

5) Advertising Content

Audio and video ads are provided by sponsors. We may reject or remove campaigns that violate these terms or applicable law. We may log playback start/finish events for statistics and billing.

6) Payments & “Earnings”

  • Drivers (pilot): the “earnings” displayed are simulated and do not create a payment obligation. Any paid program will be governed by additional agreements.
  • Sponsors: billing is based on verified deliveries (e.g., completed plays) and/or specific agreements. Payment may be handled outside the App (e.g., invoicing).

7) Intellectual Property

The App, its design, and underlying software are owned by Miles To Go or its licensors. You grant Miles To Go a non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, and display the advertising content you provide, solely to operate campaigns.

8) Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services for maps, notifications, storage, and analytics. Their use may be subject to their own terms and policies.

9) Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific results.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Miles To Go will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data or business arising from the use or inability to use the App.

11) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Miles To Go harmless from claims arising out of your use of the App, your content, or your breach of these terms.

12) Fraud & Bot Detection

We implement automated mechanisms and human review to identify invalid or abusive traffic, including—by way of example—bots, scripts, emulators, automated playback/clicks, volume/playback manipulation, location spoofing, non-human repetition, and any attempt to bypass controls.

  • Measures: we may monitor technical signals (e.g., anomalous usage patterns, device integrity, playback events), use anti-fraud tools, and request additional verification.
  • Actions: we may immediately suspend or block accounts and/or devices, invalidate plays, restrict access, and, where applicable, hold or reverse simulated “earnings” or payments pending review.
  • Collaboration: we reserve the right to share information with anti-fraud providers and authorities where appropriate.
  • Appeal: if you believe a false positive occurred, contact us at support@milestogo.site.

13) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or for operational reasons. You may stop using the App at any time.

14) Changes to the Terms

We may update these terms. We will post the updated date and, where appropriate, notify you by reasonable means.

15) Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia (USA), without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
