At Miles To Go (“the App”) we handle your data responsibly and transparently. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we manage cookies and similar technologies.

Data we process

Location (incl. background): to compute miles, detect safe stops, and coordinate in-route ad playback.
Notifications: video prompts and operational messages.
Playback events (audio/video): start/finish to estimate “earnings” in the pilot phase.
Technical data: minimal diagnostics to improve stability and performance.

iOS note: a very low-volume background audio may be used to keep the App active in the background. You can mute it in the App or system settings.

Cookies & similar tech

On our website and dashboards we use first- and third-party cookies for essential functions, usage analytics, and—when you consent—personalization. The mobile App does not rely on browser cookies, but may use equivalent technical identifiers.

Essential: required for security and core functionality (no consent needed).
Analytics: to understand what works and improve UX (consent-based).
Personalization/marketing: show relevant content (consent-based).
